KANIKA ARORA

Lecturer

Having graduated as an Outstanding Scholar from Savannah College of Art and Design (United States), with a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Kanika Arora is a Commercial Interior Designer, Architect, Educator and Panelist. Kanika completed her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Vastukala College of Architecture, New Delhi and received the Pidilite Award for Excellence in Architectural Studies and Optimum Space Utilization in 2013. Kanika has performed at various renowned platforms including SCAD Show, Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) and the Tiny House Festival sharing her design philosophy, mission and ongoing research with large audiences.
With extensive industry experience as part of diverse international firms like Tvs Design, Hendrick Inc. and Carson Guest (United States), Kanika has worked on prestigious large scale projects —Las Vegas Convention Center, UNCC Mariott Hotels, Alston & Bird LLP (New York), Georgia World Congress Center, FC Cincinnati Clubs, Memphis Convention Center, Georgia Pacific and Mulesoft, to name a few. Kanika’s impetus desire to unfold the Interior Designer’s vision of spaces to her audiences is fueled with her everyday exploration of spatial relationships and human behavior. As an Educator, she aims to touch student lives by preparing them for the real battle field and giving back to the community through moral edification, her global approach, empirical knowledge transfer and cross cultural engagements.
