John Edwards is an engineer by qualification but a photographer and teacher by choice. He has been practicing professional photography for over 15 years and has held various positions in the media, publishing and advertising industry includings that of a Photojournalist, Chief Photographer, Photo Editor, Art Director and Creative Director. In 2016, he was appointed as a Canon Photo Mentor. During his tenure as a professional photographer, he has captured over 20,000 faces pan India and Asia and has even worked with over 250 models in various assignments. In over a decade’s experience in the field of Apparel and Fashion, John has done some extensive work with apparel and textile magazines. He has published some impressive work across genres of fashion, street, people, product and industrial photography. John derives pleasure in sharing the expansive knowledge he has amassed over the years in the field of photography and so is on the panel of renowned design institutes as visiting faculty and photography expert.
