Raghav Ahuja, is an Architect by profession with over 5 years of varied experience in the field of Architecture and Design. He is an alumnus of Delhi Public School, has completed his Bachelors in Architecture from University School of Architecture & Planning, New Delhi.

As an Architect, conservation of cultural resources is a subject that’s close to his heart and is also the reason why he worked with the Cultural Resource Conservation Initiative and Indian National Trust for Art & Cultural Heritage in New Delhi. He has also worked with one of the top Architects in Panjim, Goa, Mr. Ashley Mascarenhas, and even explored 3D modeling at Henri Fanthome Office for Architecture at New Delhi. While working as a Senior Architect and Project Manager with UltraConfidentiel Design Studio in Mumbai, he took up projects that involved designing and executing the interiors (with furniture) for Corporate, Commercial & Hospitality spaces.

During his career as an Architect, he has actively participated in numerous seminars and workshops to maintain and augment his knowledge on the subject. He has also organized and participated in the monthly Architectural Collegium at GREHA, and essayed an active role in the workshop on ‘Concrete Technology’ at the IIT Campus in New Delhi. Further, he was an active participant in the seminar on ‘New Materials and their Uses’ by Architect Christopher Benenzer. In addition to these, while in college he worked with the Council to host CAADRIA - Computer Aided Design Research in Asia.

Raghav believes that experimenting with different knowledge sources is the key to develop a better understanding of design. He wants to furnish and prepare his mind to follow an austere discipline in design and develop virtuously designed spaces and architecture that matches the ever-changing design trends. At present, he is practising as an independent and self-driven Architect. At IIAD, he would be engaging with and mentoring students that are currently pursuing their Interior Architecture and Design programme at the Institute.
