Vridhi Kapani has done her BA (Hons) Economics from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. During this time, she was sponsored by Delhi University to carry out a research on an innovative project on Public Funds and Private Responsibilities: Cash Transfers as a viable alternative to PDS, under the renowned Dr. Pinaki Chakraborty, professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and policy, New Delhi.
She has also worked as a member of the HR recruitments team at HCL- TECHNOLOGIES setting-up an employee engagement, rewards & recognition system for employees. She also designed and created their Monthly newsletter- Hunter Tales.
Having a creative bent of mind and a passion for design, Vridhi then decided to pursue a career in Interior design. Having completed her PG Diploma in the same discipline, she worked as a faculty at IMS - DIA.
Currently she is completing her research on Vaastu Vidya and working as a Faculty of Interior department with VIDM, and IIAD as a workshop trainer. She also recycles old bottles to create designer pieces and occasionally writes blogs related to Interiors.
Vridhi is also a frequent guest speaker on All India Radio- Akashwani and has hosted several fashions shows and events.
